Established for over fifty years, R Watkins & Son Limited were going through a digital transformation in order to streamline their business processes. I was tasked with designing a new brand identity which portrayed this more modern outlook.
Water and fire
I started by overhauling the company logo with a subtle symbol and text lockup. Using the negative space of the symbol, I combined both a water droplet and a flame into one logo, representing both the plumbing and heating services that the company provides.
Unique print finishes
As a business known for their unique attention to detail, I incorporated this into the design by using a unique spot gloss print finish which allows specific areas of the cards to shine.
